Shipping Policy
At Lazé Sunday, we take care to prepare your order with intention — just like the cozy moments our pieces are designed for.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note this does not include the carrier’s shipping time, which will be listed at checkout.
- Shipping Time: Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are dependent on their service. While we’ll always do our best to get your items to you quickly, shipping speeds are outside of our control.
- Tracking: You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident and cozy in your Lazé Sunday pieces. Because of the intimate nature of loungewear and sleepwear, we do have some important guidelines for returns:
- Final Sale Items: Select items are final sale for hygiene reasons. This will always be clearly noted in the product description.
- Return Eligibility: For return-eligible items, they must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
- Store Credit Only: Eligible returns are issued as a store credit (via a Lazé Sunday gift card). Refunds will not be returned to your original form of payment.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- How to Start a Return: Simply fill out our contact form, and our team will provide you with step-by-step instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Once received and inspected, your store credit will be sent to you in the form of a Lazé Sunday gift card.
Note: We reserve the right to deny a return that does not meet the above conditions.
